Production costs will vary according to complexity, number of tracks, format etc. and intended use will also affect how the work is to be licensed to you. Also - more obscure songs with low re-saleability may incur somewhat higher production fees.

All backing tracks produced by us in any format shall remain the intellectual copyright and property of Heavenly Media Services and may not be re-sold, rented, loaned or distributed in any way even if you have edited or 'customized' the product for personal use without express written consent and license from Heavenly Media Services Ltd. Once a song is booked for production, we endeavour to deliver work within a mutually agreed time frame. We shall not be liable for any delays or losses resulting from our inability to deliver due to factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. power cuts, internet access problems with our ISP, physical illness of performers etc).
