Heavenly Media Services aims to provide a service that is
accessible to the widest range of clients. We hopefully achieve
this by adhering to standards set out by the members of this
company - in and of themselves - very high with the intention of
achieving deadlines. Access to our services will be available during normal business
hours Monday to Saturday except for planned and emergency
maintenance. All work accepted by Heavenly Media Services is
subject to this disclaimer.
Where due dates are
specified, we should be able to meet deadlines provided that
unforeseen circumstances do not occur e.g. equipment breakdown,
severe illness, internet connectivity losses, acts of god, or
any other events which would reasonably be deemed to be out of
our control in which case our only remedy and obligation would
be to offer a full refund of any fees if paid in advance.
Heavenly Media Services shall in no way be liable for any type
of loss incurred as a result of our inability to deliver by a
specified date and time.
Heavenly Media accepts no responsibility and expressly disclaims
all liabilities which may arise from their inability to perform
their function where the cause is beyond their control. Whilst
care is always taken to ensure that all production is accurate,
no warranty of any kind is given and, in this respect, Heavenly
Media will not accept liability for any loss, damage or
inconvenience caused as a result of inaccuracy or error
contained within a given production.
Heavenly
Media Services will not accept any liability whatsoever for loss
of data, damage to computer or other equipment, for computer
viruses or other malicious programs or data transmitted to such
equipment or any type of damages or loss (including but not
limited to loss of income, profits, business, revenue or
consequential loss) which arises out of or is in any way
connected with the use of our products or services. Heavenly
Media warrants that it takes all necessary precautions to ensure
that such damage would not occur. |
